This statement discloses the privacy practices for portions of Freeservers.com directed at children under 13.

Freeservers.com will NOT:

1. Collect online contact information from a user under 13 without prior verifiable parental consent, which includes an opportunity for the parent to prevent use of the information and participation in the activity. When we do not obtain prior verifiable parental consent, online contact information will be used only to directly respond to the child's request and will not be used to contact the child for other purposes.
2. Collect personally identifiable offline contact information from users under 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.
3. Distribute to third parties any personally identifiable information collected from a child under 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.
4. Give the ability to a child under 13 to send e-mail, create personal Web pages, and participate in forums or kids chat rooms without prior verifiable parental consent.
5. Entice a child under 13 by the prospect of a special game, prize, or other activity to divulge more information than is needed to participate in such activity. We will also place prominent notice wherever personally identifiable information is collected, requesting the child to ask a parent for permission to proceed.

COPPA

Because we care about the safety and privacy of children online, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), effective April 20, 2000. COPPA and its accompanying FTC regulation establish United States federal law that protects the privacy of children using the Internet.

We offer the following for the protection of children under 13:

• Freeservers.com will only collect personal information from persons who register for services provided by Freeservers.com. These services are not directed toward children, and the initial registration process requires the registrant to indicate that his/her age is at least 13.
• Freeservers.com does offer a listing of Web sites created by third parties and hosted by Freeservers.com that are aimed at children under 13. While Freeservers.com cannot be held responsible for the content of any Web site created by a third party, before a site is listed, it is manually screened to check that it is appropriate for the category.
• Since Freeservers.com is not responsible for the content of Web sites created by a third party, Freeservers.com cannot ensure that such Web sites have a COPPA children's privacy policy in place. Therefore, in the listing of sites directed at children, Freeservers.com has placed a warning notice to children that they should not give out personal information without their parents' consent.
• If any parent believes that information about his/her child was collected by Freeservers.com prior to the effective date of COPPA, or was mistakenly collected thereafter, the parent can contact Freeservers.com, using the information given below, in order to find out what that information was and may request to have such information deleted. In order to ensure the safety of the child in question, Freeservers.com will require verification of the parent's identity.

Freeservers.com is owned and operated by North Sky, Inc. North Sky, Inc. is the sole operator collecting information through Web sites owned and operated by Freeservers.com.
